In 1952, the brothers Nikos and Grigoris Tsarouchas open their own restaurant where they serve among other dishes tripe soup. The restaurant's history runs parallel to that of the city for decades how as it takes in its scents and transubstantiates them to the delicious tastes of traditional Greek Cuisine the dishes it offers to the generation of residents living in the city or to travelers passing by.
